ZAP is sold for research and private, single-user play in environments where you are permitted to run it. You are responsible for the environments you connect to and for any consequences on those services.
Each subscription binds to one PC on first successful login. Device moves are permitted on request.
We do not issue refunds. When the loader or any required back-end service is unavailable for scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, every active license is credited compensation days equal to the full window of downtime, applied automatically. No ticket is required.
Features ship and roll back as ARK and anti-cheat updates land. We make no guarantee of continuous availability for any particular feature; the overall toolkit is maintained for the life of your subscription.
The service is provided "as is". We disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for consequential damages.
