What we collect

• Account email + salted/bcrypt-hashed password.
• HWID fingerprint (hash of motherboard + CPU + disk serial) for one-device enforcement.
• Payment events: provider, amount, reference ID. We never store card numbers.
• Crash reports (optional, user-triggered): minidump + loader log, encrypted at rest.

What we don't collect

• Game account credentials.
• Keystrokes, mouse movement, voice, screen captures.
• Anything from your PC beyond the fields listed above.

Who we share with

Payment processors (Stripe, NOWPayments, PayPal) receive what they need to process the specific transaction. We do not sell or share personal data with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 12 months after cancellation (for dispute windows and detection history). You can request deletion by opening a ticket in our Discord.

Security

Passwords are bcrypt (cost 12). Builds are AES-256-GCM encrypted at rest with per-user keys. HWID resets are reviewed manually.
